Sponsor for stakes
An Auckland firm of merchant bankers, Fay, Richwhite, Ltd, has announced an eleventh-hour sponsorship for the $lOO,OOO three-year-old final of the N.Z. Sires’ Stakes Series No. 1, which will be run at Addington Raceway on Tuesday, November 13. The company, which successfully promoted three thoroughbred syndicates, recently extended its interests to standardbred racing with the successful float of its $1.5 million Addington Breeding Co., Ltd.
