Judge was wrong—ruling
Judge Bradford was wrong when he dismissed traffic charges against six persons without hearing the evidence, Mr Justice Holland has ruled in the High Court. Five of the defendants are to be recharged and their cases will be heard in
the District Court before a different judge. The dismissal of a charge of careless use of a vehicle against the sixth defendant will stand because a witness in his case has gone to Australia.
