Banks Peninsula had a narrow victory over Ellesmere in a senior representative cricket match played at Little River on Sunday. Scores:— Banks Peninsula 165/8 (M. Johnston 35, J. Masefield 27, D. Langrope 32; R. McMurray 6/ 70, G. Chamberlain 2/45) beat Ellesmere 162 (C. Heslop 27, S. Boon 21, G. Jones 49, A. Macdonald 21; M. Johnston 2/67, P. McKay 3/51).
