In the background is the Governor-General, Sir David Beattie. Samuel was born last Thursday to Mrs Bridget Mackisack and Mr Tom Mackisack. Mrs Mackisack is the second daughter of Sir David and Lady Beattie. Samuel weighed 3100g at birth.
