Top award for Rhonda
PA Auckland The singer, Rhonda, was last evening named “New Zealand Entertainer of the Year.”
The group award went to the Topp Twins, of Auckland.
Freddie Hemara, aged 19, who appeared in the television series “Sea Urchins,” won the "Rising Star” award.
The presentation has been organised since 1965 by the Entertainment Operators’ Association.
