Butt fined
Anthony Butt, the driver of Armorel in the Canterbury Authentics Pace at Addington Raceway last evening, was fined $lOO for careless driving. Butt was found guilty of allowing Armorel to move out and check Hondo’s Dream with about 550 m to run.
In assessing the penalty, the tribunal took into account that Butt is a junior horsemap, and he had not appeared previously before the committee.
