SH 74, Christ-church-Lyttelton Road tunnel. During the periods of closure the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road: Periods of closure — 11.00 a.m. to 11.10 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 2.45 p.m. on Sunday, September 2, 1984. Alternative provision for ordinary vehicular traffic: via Sumner and Evans Pass. It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised permit to use the road for ordinary vehicular traffic during the periods of closure.
