Time constraints waived
PA Wellington No time constraints would apply to discussion on any of the four agenda headings, said the chairman of the steering committee, Mr Trotter. The agenda was based on that used at last year’s Australian summit. The principal difference with the New Zealand version was that it represented a wider range of people. The Australian summit included only one woman and only one representative of social and community groups, he said. Mr Trotter said that because the conference would be fully televised it would need tight management to
