NZPA-AFP Belgrade The Yugoslavian athletics team to the Los Angeles Olympic Games has been further hit by the withdrawal through injury of two top women jumpers, the Novosti News Agency reported. Tamara Malesev, high jump, and Andreja Marinkovic, long jump, have been ruled out of the games, while a third selection, the
men’s 800 metres star, Dragan Zdravkovic, is uncerZdravkovic, who beat Sebastian Coe in London last year, is to make a late decision on whether to comP With the leading men’s long-jumper, Nenad Stekic, already ruled out through injury, the Yugoslav athletics squad looks likely to be sorely depleted.
