Skyhawks turn back
The third batch of Royal Australian Navy Skyhawks bought by New Zealand had to turn back to Australia during a delivery flight yesterday. Four of the Skyhawks were ferried to the Royal New Zealand Air Force base at Ohakea last week,,, three were due to make the , journey yesterday, and the remaining three were to be delivered on July 26. Yesterday’s delivery flight from New South Wales had to turn back because one of ;,the Skyhawks developed generator problems. The aircraft are expected to make the flight today.
