Sacking case adjourned
An Arbitration Court hearing, concerning a claim by Mr George Carrol that he was unjustifiably dismissed from Canterbury Motors, Ltd, was adjourned again yesterday and will resume this morning.
Mr Carrol claims $lO,OOO in lost wages and compensation. The hearing began on Monday, continued yesterday from 11.30 a.m. until the Court rose, and should conclude this morning, when the Court is expected to reserve its decision.
