Mr Cooper recovering
PA Wellington The Minister of Foreign Affairs. Mr Cooper, is recovering well after bowel tumour surgery, according to Mrs Cooper 'last evening. Mr Cooper had surgery at Bowen Hospital. Wellington.
on Thursday. He is expected to be in hospital for seven to 10 days and off work for at least a month. "He is progressing verywell. We had a favourable report from the surgeon after the operation." said Mrs Cooper.
