Youth on rape charge
PA Auckland A youth charged with rape and with having an air rifle with intent to commit rape appeared in the District Court at Auckland on Saturday. Frank Clarence Stanley,
aged 17, unemployed, of Mt Roskill, entered no plea. Judge Aubin said he was not prepared to grant bail and remanded Stanley in custody on the two charges to May 30.
