Musician to study in U.S.
PA Wellington A former member of the SChola Musica of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, Michael Steer", aged 20, has been accepted for a year’s study at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, said the N.ZSO. A bass player fom Palmerston North. Mr Steei studied for 2 1 -i> years with the Senoia Musica, the training orchestra for the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.
