The Riccarton jockey, Grant Davison, Handsome Heir’s rider in the Amberley Cup tomorrow. Davison has had marked success in “first legs” in the last few weeks. Two of his wins were on Miles Better. He will continue his association with that durable veteran on a Queensland campaign in June and July. Davison will also ride Noble Note in rich sprint races in Queensland, and will travel to Australia with the Riccarton sprinter on May 24.
