‘Dinkum’ Oil for Nares
The Nares have postponed this month’s South Island visit, but the band will be in Christchurch next month to support the Australian band, Midnight Oil. Although dates have yet to be finalised, Midnight Oil are down tentatively to play at the Town Hall on June 1. The Nares will be staying on in Christchurch to play
the following evening. The Nares’ manager, Peter Fairhall, said that the band had had to postpone its Christchurch visit because they were still working on the video clip for the new single, “Heart And Soul.” The band was also going, back into the recording studio next week, he said.
