NZIM extensions
The Canterbury division of the Institute of Management officially opened the extensions to Management House, Madras Street, last evening. Two new rooms add 90 per cent to the conferenceroom space in the headquarters, which was built 12 years ago.
The space is required because of demand for the institute’s courses, and because of the increasing role of simulation work in small groups during the courses — this requires more work space. This year the division is running about 140 courses.
