Recital
The Rangiora Youth Choir will give its first recital for 1984 tonight. The choir will sing a programme of songs about people and personalities with the highlight of the programme the cantata “Swingin’ Samson” by Michael Hurd. A Christchurch bass, Howard Harvey, will join the choir for the concert in the Trinity Methodist Church. The second soloist will be a young violinist, Martin Riseley. Peter Dawe will conduct the choir.
