Pine ‘hooha amazing’
The Government should put as much energy into preventing deaths from tobacco as it is into investigating possible cancer-caus-ing substances in pine needles, according to A.S.H. A.S.H., Action on Smoking and Health, is an anticigarette lobby. Its research and education officer, Ms Deirdre Kent, said that the “hooha” over the pine needles was “amazing” given the Government’s tolerant attitude towards the sale and use of tobacco.
