Sangster to sponsor Stakes
PA Palmerston North The pools millionaire and racehorse owner, Mr Robert Sangster, will sponsor the Manawatu Racing Club’s Sires’ Produce Stakes, which will be worth $lOO,OOO in 1985. The Manawatu club’s secretary, Mr Bill Freeman, said the group one race for two-year-olds would next year be known as the Swetterlham Stud Sires’ Produce
