Rex acceptances Acceptances in respect of more than 90 per cent of the voting capital in Rex Consolidated, Ltd, have been received to date by Cable Price Downer, Ltd. Cable Price Downer has also extended the time for acceptance of its offer, made on March 21, for all the shares in Rex Consolidated from yesterday to 4 p.m. May 14.
