Gundog results
Christchurch Gundog Club dogs performed successfuully in the South Island field trial championships at Balclutha over Easter. In the premier event, the All Breeds, dogs from the club filled four out of the first five placings. Dave Adams won the event with his labrador, and K. Mattson, labrador, W. Streeter, labrador, and M. Dobson, golden retriever, filled third, fourth, and fifth places respectively. T. Mattson’s dog was placed second in the retriever championship, with Streeter third and Dobson fifth.
