PA Wellington The winner of the 1981 Wattie Book of the Year Award, Dr Patricia Burns, died in Wellington last week, aged 57. Dr Burns, who died of
cancer, won the book award for “Te Rauparaha, A New Perspective.” She was working for the last three years on a history of the nineteenth century New Zealand Company She was within three chapters of finishing
