Win for North Otago
PA Dunedin North Otago began its rugby season with a 16-13 win over Horowhenua in Oamaru yesterday. The full-backs dominated the scoring, Ross Wilson, (North Otago) notching all
16 points from a try and four penalties and Brendon O’Neill (Horowhenua), kicking three penalty goals. Horowhenua’s other points came from a try by Robbie Puklowski. North Otago led, 16-6, at half-time.
