Public Notices CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1981 NOTICE Is hereby given that under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981 the Christchurch Drainage Board proposes to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of laying drain pipes as part of Its flood relief scheme in the general area of the said land. The land was originally designed and Is currently used as a drain and such a drain Is essential for the land to be taken.
