Guide to preserving food
PA Rotorua The Director of Public Health, Dr Max Collins, said that the Health Department is producing a pamphlet to increase public awareness of the dangers of home preserving. The pamphlet, with guidelines on preserving, should be available soon, he said from Wellington.
