Marlborough Heights, the property of Mr.and Mrs J. T. Hanover, at 80 Huntsbury Avenae, has a commanding view of the city and sarnnuMling hills. About 10 people attended the auction, including two who bid for the property. Bidding reached $116,900. Mr Peebles said thia was hplow reserve prfcqi and
those present had missed a “golden opportunity.” The rough-cast over doable block home will go an the market next week unless negotiations with one of the bidders are successful. The last Government valuation for the property in 1979 was $43480. The property was auctioned by Manchester Home Centre, Ltd.-
