Mogal split
Mogal Corporation, Ltd, will split its ordinary shares from $1 units into two of 50c each. It is not intended to recall existing share certificates which will remain valid and negotiable, the company said. New distinctive certificates would be issued for transactions from this week.
The share split was approved by an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in Mogal Corporation.
