Rural Bank changes
PA Wellington Five regional appraisers have been appointed by the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation. They arise from steps being taken by the bank to decentralise many of the executive functions from head office and a move towards a more precise identification of the costs of all sectors of the bank’s operations, according to Mr Albert Fear, the general manager. The positions were established after an in-depth Study initiated early last year and done with the assistance of the State Services Commission into the bank’s future organisational needs, he said.
