Transvestites mug men
NZPA-AFP Harare Transvestite thugs thumbing lifts at a popular nightclub south of Harare have mugged a number of men, Zimbabwe’s “Herald” newspaper has reported. The muggers, working in gangs of three or four, wore long dresses and usually permed their hair, victims were quoted as saying. Transvestitism is virtually unknown in Zimbabwe, and so the victims are taken completely unawares when the “women” to whom they have given rides suddenly grab them round the neck, force them to pull over, and beat them up, the “Herald” said.
