Ruling sold
Ruling has been purchased from his New Zealand owners and will begin stud duties in Victoria next spring. A 14-year-old son' of Bold Ruler, Ruling was imported for the Haunui Farm at Manurewa, after winning one race from six starts in France. Ruling’s more successful representatives include Kaiser and Ruling Lad, both New Zealand Derby winners; Prince Ruling and Turf Ruler, successful performers in Australia; and Alice, whose wins included the Avondale Cup.
