Gang members arrested

Eleven members of the Devil’s Henchmen Motorcycle Club will appear in the District Court today after two incidents in Ferry Road yesterday morning. At 12.20 a.m. the police were called to Ferry Road where a resident said that his property was being damaged by gang members. One member of the gang was arrested and charged with intentional damage.

Two hours later the police were again called to Ferry Road where the resident of a property neighbouring the club’s headquarters complained that his house was being bombarded with stones and bottles. A gate at the house was wrecked and some windows were broken. The police arrested 10 members of the gang and charged them with unlawful assembly.
