Knight injured
New Zealand’s leading speedboat driver, Peter Knight sen., of Christchurch, was admitted to Nelson Hospital on Saturday afternoon after he drove The Boss to success in the grand prix event at the national championships on
Lake Rotoiti. It is believed Knight hurt his back during the race. No details of his injuries or his condition were available from Nelson Hospital last evening.
