Child drowns in ditch
PA Auckland A child drowned on Saturday after falling into a ditch on a sheep farm at Pakiri, near Warkworth. She was Beth Louise Honeycombe, aged two, of Pakiri. The police said the child had followed her father who had ridden his horse to move stock.
