NZPA-AAP Washington Czechoslovakia’s Hana Mandlikova won her first title in more than two years with a 6-1, 6-1 victory over the American, Zina Garrison, in the finals of the SUSISO,OOO Virginia Slims of Washington women’s tennis tournament.
Mandlikova, ranked twelfth in the world and seeded sixth, collected SUS3O,OOO for the victory. She won all five of her matches in the week-long tournament without dropping a set..
