Identity tags
Sir,—Clients going to the Department of Social Welfare or the Labour Department are sometimes given differing information at different times by staff at the desk. It would be easier for them and for the departmental officer attending to them if names were known. Information given could then be verified later, if necessary with the officer concerned. Officers could wear name tags and/or have cards available for clients. — Yours, etc.,
