Sir,—Why has Methven’s reticulation equipment been allowed to fall into such a deplorable shambles that 12 extra residents in this town would overload the system? Wake up Methven. Death by thirst would be terrible.—Yours, etc., J. W. PENDER. December 7, 1983.
