Mrs Judith Milligan, of Christchurch, helps Jessie Boris, of Christchurch, with her Christmas shopping at DIC, Ltd, yesterday. Jessie was one of a group of children taken to the store by the wives of members of Christchurch Jaycees, who provided the money for the children to buy presents for their families. Each child was escorted by one of the women. They were also treated to morning tea by the store, and met Father Christmas. The children were selected by the Salvation Army.
