Weapons to be displayed

A Sea Cat missile and anti-submarine weapons will be used to help establish the Naval Marine Supporting Services Museum at Ferrymead Historic Park.

They will be put on display, with other items, in the drill hall of H.M.N.Z.S. Pegasus, Montreal Street, on October 1 and 2.

Money raised by admission charges will go towards the cost of a building at Ferrymead to house the museum. Uniforms, heraldry, radios, a zodiac, and other equipment will also be included in the display.
