Car charge
PA Wellington Jure Posa, aged 43, a sickness. beneficiary, of no fixed abode, appeared in the District Court yesterday at Auckland, charged with unlawfully taking a motor car, the property of Olga Anne Howe and Colin Chisnall.
The alleged offence was said to have occurred on or about September 20 in Auckland.
Sergeant Victor Jarvis requested a remand without plea, in custody, to the District Court on September 27.
This was granted by Judge D. J. Sullivan. Posa was represented by Mr J. Sutton.
