FRAUD OFFENCES Depression coupled with a desire to complete his university studies led a man, aged 26, to fraudulently use two bank credit cards to

obtain goods and services to a total value of $2077, said Sergeant Fink. David Leo Cairns, unemployed (Mrs F. After being unable to obtain employment Cairns applied for a bank credit card giving largely false information.

enable him to enrol in a computer course. The total amount of goods and services obtained with the card was $1542. Sergeant South said the girl was not naive in sexual matters. She had since been moved to another home.
