NZMB in talks
The directors of Coachwork International, Ltd, advise shareholders in New Zealand Motor Bodies, Ltd, that they have received a favourable response to proposals recently put to the Examiner of Commercial Practices.
These proposals included the possible acquisition of shares in New Zealand Motor Bodies (NZMB).
Discussions will shortly take place between Coachwork International and the directors and major shareholders of NZMB. A further announcement is expected to be made at an early stage.
Coachwork International is owned in equal part by TNL Group, Ltd, Moller Industries, Ltd, and EMCO Group, Ltd.
