BETTING
PA Wellington Bets with the T.A.B. on the Whangarei Racing Club’s meeting yesterday totalled $1,421,322 (win and place $670,028, doubles $252,338, quinellas $235,127 and trebles $263,829). The total was down $41,366 on last year’s figure. On-course bets amounting to $224,550 were down $21,913.
