In addition the University provides gratuity amounting to 15 p.c. of basic salary, appointment allowance and, subject to the University’s current housing policy, partly furnished accommodation at a rental of 1214 p.c. of salary. The University will pay an allowance in lieu of superannuation of 10 p.c. of standard salary.
