First visit

Air Chief
The first official visit to Wigram by the Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice-Marshal D. M. Crooks, will be made on Monday. He will inspect all units at Wigram during the day. While at Wigram, Air Vice-Marshal Crooks will present the Long Service and Good Conduct Medal to Flight Sergeant Wayne Molloy, Sergeant W. R. Johnston, and Sergeant L. M. Billcliff. On Wednesday, Air ViceMarshal Crooks will visit Woodbourne and make inspections and present six awards. The Long Service and Good Conduct Medal will be presented to Flight Sergeant B. E. Beveridge and Sergeant Geoffrey Proffit. Chief of Air Staff Commendations will be presented to Flight Sergeant Alan Sheppard, Flight Sergeant Eric Lamont, Sergeant Don Borthwick, and Corporal David Arnst.
