Leftovers for Wgtn jobless
PA Wellington Two-day-old leftovers from the Federation of Labour’s buffet table will be served to unemployed people in Wellington today. An Unemployed Workers’ Union official said the union had catered for the federation’s buffet on Wednesday but had been left with a large amount of untouched food. “The free lunch is rather than throwing it out for the pigs,” he said. “There are salads, meats, and casseroles — all the normal buffet things.”
