No live rugby telecast
PA Wellington Tomorrow’s All Black trial match at Athletic Park will not be shown live on television, said the New Zealand Rugby Union and T.V.N.Z. in a joint statement yesterday. The game will be screened from 5 p.m. for an hour and there will be
edited highlights on Sunday morning.
The same arrangements apply for Ranfurly Shield matches, the inter-island game and some others, although the four tests against the Lions will be telecast live.
The test against Australia in August will also be shown live, the statement said.
