PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR REMOVAL OF MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS’ LICENCE IN THE MATTER OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERS ACT 1975 TAKE notice that ROSS KELVIN BRIXTON, of 224 Linwood Avenue, Christchurch. trading under the name or style of South Pacific Car Sales, has applied to the Motor Vehicle Dealers Licensing Board for approval to remove Motor Vehicle Dealers License No. 1152, issued on the 27th day of February 1983, al Wellington from premises situated at 224 Linwood Avenue to premises situated at 362 Colombo Street with a view to conducting business as a motor vehicle dealer pursuant to the licence at the last-mentioned premises. The address of every subsidiary place of business from where it is proposed to carry on business under the licence if the application is granted is 224 Linwood Avenue. The application will be heard by the above Board after one month from the 7th day of March 1983 being the date of first publication of this notice. Any person who wishes to object to the granting of this application must give notice of the objection to the Board within one month after the said date of the first publication of this notice.
