NZPA Hong Kong Japan's Osaka Zoo wants to enter into a sister relationship with a New Zealand zoo as part of a plan under which it. hopes to breed kiwis, according to the Under-Secretary for Internal Affairs, Mr Thompson. In an interview in Hong Kong after a 12-day visit to Japan, he said that New Zealand presented the Osaka Zoo with a pair of kiwis during Expo 70.
