(g) to discharge at or about map reference 555434602 up to 47,520 cubic metres of water per day at a maximum rate of 550 litres per second into the Waiau River for irrigation bywash purposes. Replacing right NCY 790428 (CR. 1055). (h) to discharge at or about map reference 555441610 to 47.520 cubic metres of water per day at a maximum rate of 550 litres per second. Into the Bourne Stream for Irrigation bywash purposes. Replacing right NCY 740506 (CR. 386). The applications may be examined at the office of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, corner of Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch, during normal office hours. Interested persons and bodies are invited to make written SUBMISSIONS in respect of the applications to The Chief Executive officer, North Canterbury Catchment Board. P.O. Box 788. Christchurch. Such submissions must be delivered to the Board’s office not later than 5 p.m., Monday, March 21. 1983.
